Fernando M. Palacios, 84, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away on August 31, 2017.

Mr. Palacios earned his law degree in Havana in 1955 and then again, in 1973 he graduated from the University of Florida and based the Florida Bar. Mr. Palacios dedicated his law practice to probate and immigration law matters for 30+ years. In 2010 attorney Palacios joined the law firm of Arcadier and Associates which is now known as Arcadier, Biggie and Wood, PLLC.

Mr. Palacios merged his immigration practice with the law firm and continued to handle complex immigration law matters until his retirement on January 2017.

Mr. Palacios continued to provide legal support and counsel until just a few months before he passed away.

All his clients loved him and he provided the right balance of professionalism and care which is not to common nowadays.

Mr. Palacios will be extremely missed and remembered.
