Stephen J. Biggie graduated from the University of Buffalo with a bachelor of arts in 2007. Following undergrad Mr. Biggie attended the Barry University School of Law and received his juris doctor in 2010.
Shortly after graduation and becoming a lawyer, Mr. Biggie practiced bankruptcy law in Lakeland, Florida where he received a pro bono service award from Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. In 2011 Mr. Biggie took a job at Arcadier and Associates, P.A. as an associate attorney and in 2018 he became a partner with Arcadier, Biggie & Wood, PLLC.

At Arcadier, Biggie & Wood, PLLC Mr. Biggie practices in state and federal court primarily specializing in bankruptcy law, employment litigation, unpaid wages/overtime, and immigration. Mr. Biggie’s experience includes civil trials and appeals at both the state and federal level.
Mr. Biggie has experience with large collective unpaid wage cases, property disputes in bankruptcy court, complex bankruptcy means testing, deportation proceedings, and complex appeals.
Mr. Biggie is licensed to practice law in Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Florida’s Federal Middle District Court.
