Office Administrator

Marina Svyatnenko is the office administrator responsible for the day-to-day operation of the law firm, including dealing with vendors, solicitors, and bookkeeping tasks. Marina also heads the background check department which includes FBI background checks, FDLE, DCF and other bona fide background checking services.

Elizabeth Waryk, FRP
Registered Paralegal

Ms. Elizabeth Waryk, FRP is a Florida Registered Paralegal who is responsible for assisting the attorneys in preparing for trials, and hearings, maintaining and organizing files, drafting documents, filing motions, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and working with clients. Ms. Waryk holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and is a member of the National Notary Association – Florida Notary Public.

Dawn Rimides
Receptionist, Office Assistant

Responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

MARIAH LAVERIA
Legal Assistant

Responsible for client intake, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and general client support. Mariah comes to us with numerous years of working in the legal environment, and she is bilingual.

Fred Whitney
Bookkeeper

Responsible for all billing issues, accounts payable and accounts receivables. Clients and vendors with specific billing or finance issues should speak with Fred.
