Medical Malpractice

I recently had minor surgery to remove a squamous cell carcinoma from my chest area. A couple of weeks later, the sutures were removed (with difficulty on staffs part and the doctor also). Now, nearly two months after the surgery, I pulled out a 1.5" blue plastic suture by myself with some discomfort and minor bleeding. I do not believe this to be a competent after effect of my surgery.

Also, the same doctor took two biopsies last Spring and I still have not healed properly from these. I am livid with knowing this doctor may have injured others. I am a firm believer that if I do not say anything, the doctor wins.

Do I have a sufficient case of malpractice against this doctor? I would be more than willing to discuss this in detail at your office if you feel it has merit.

I am retired (on fixed income) and want some clarification if this is a case to be pursued. I can be reached at (321) 305-4007 anytime.

Look forward to hearing from your office.
Sincerely,

Ernest Francis

“I continue to be impressed and grateful for Maurice Arcadier’s depth of knowledge, methodical, measured and fair legal guidance. I’ve worked and conducted business across 15 countries, but here at home, he and his law firm feel just as much business partners as legal counsel. The perspective and consideration he offers remains more-than-valuable to me as I navigate each new business endeavor. I would wholeheartedly recommend Maurice to anyone !”
