A Satellite Beach woman filed a lawsuit for years of unpaid wages. Her employer assured her that because “times were tough” they would partially pay her wages and repay her in full at a later time. However that later time never came to pass even when the local economy had improved. A jury trial was held in the United States District Court Middle District of Florida Orlando Division.
The former employee was represented by Arcadier, Biggie, & Wood PLLC and the jury ultimately believed the former employee and found in her favor.
