THIS CAUSE came before the Court on a Moton for Final Judgment filed by the Plaintiff after the Defendant had defaulted. A hearing was held on June 27, 2016. This Court has been fully advised and reviewed the Motion for Final Judgment, the evidence submitted, and the record of this case.
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against Defendant, Stanley Rosenberg. The Plaintiff shall recover from the Defendant, the sum of seven thousand three hundred and sixty two dollars and seventeen cents, ($7,362.17) with interest at the legal rate for which sum let execution issue.
