A Landlord Tenant Lawyer help landlord and tenants navigate landlord tenant laws that regulate such agreements.  An Orange County woman sued her landlord over the poor conditions of the home she had rented.  The landlord failed to follow the provisions of the rental agreement, and the home had a termite infestation.

The tenant was represented by Arcadier, Biggie, & Wood PLLC in Florida’s 9th Judicial County Court in Orange County, Florida.

DEFAULT FINAL JUDGMENT Case No.: 2014-CC-1161

THIS CAUSE came before the Court on a Moton for Final Judgment filed by the Plaintiff after the Defendant had defaulted.  A hearing was held on June 27, 2016.  This Court has been fully advised and reviewed the Motion for Final Judgment, the evidence submitted, and the record of this case.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against Defendant, Stanley Rosenberg.  The Plaintiff shall recover from the Defendant, the sum of seven thousand three hundred and sixty two dollars and seventeen cents, ($7,362.17) with interest at the legal rate for which sum let execution issue.
